Here is a photo of Katy Perry at the New York City premiere of The Smurfs at the Ziegfeld Theatre on Sunday. Katy showed off her new blonde hair in a Smurf-inspired dress, and complemented it with blue eyeshadow, blue heels and some Smurf characters on her fingernails. Ah, the lady is stunning isn’t she? She looks amazing with her blonde hair and gorgeous gams! As a matter of fact, I reckon she’s the only person who could pull off a dress like that, ha!
